Face ID or True Tone may be retained when the relevant original sensor hardware is undamaged and the selected part supports the required configuration. We assess the sensor cluster, explain the expected functionality before work begins and test it after the repair; the outcome cannot be confirmed before diagnosis.
Do you use original parts?
Original parts may be available for some models; other repairs use an agreed used-original, reclaimed or compatible part. Availability is not assumed. Before work starts, the quote or repair confirmation identifies the part category, its warranty and any expected software message, calibration step, feature limitation or effect on the manufacturer warranty.
