Data Preservation
Where the repair allows, we work to leave your data on the device. That is an aim, not a guaranteed result, so please make a backup before you hand the device over. We explain any data risk before work begins.
Repair instead of replacement
Where a successful repair extends the life of a device and prevents an early replacement, it can reduce electronic waste and demand for a replacement device. We explain the expected repair cost before you decide.

Which devices do you repair?
Apple (MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad), Windows laptops, and Android phones and tablets. If you're not sure your device is covered, get in touch and we'll confirm before you bring it in.
How long does a repair take?
Timing depends on the device, the fault, the workshop workload and whether the right part is available. After diagnosis we give you a realistic estimate for your repair; microsoldering and motherboard work can take longer than a standard part replacement.
Do you keep my data during the repair?
Where the repair allows, we aim to keep the data on the device. Screen, battery or connector work may not require storage access, while motherboard or storage-related faults carry additional risk. We explain that risk and the available options before starting.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Repairs carry a 3-month commercial warranty on the workmanship and the replacement part named on your invoice, and that sits on top of your statutory rights, to which we attach no fixed expiry date. A longer period applies only where it is written into a warranty certificate. Certain parts (OLED screens, some motherboard repairs) carry their own conditions, which we explain clearly before the repair.
