About 4Fixing
An independent repair shop in Amsterdam-West, focused on diagnosis and repair for supported Apple, Windows and Android devices.
Our story
4Fixing started as a one-person workshop focused on MacBook liquid damage, board-level faults and data-access problems. The workshop later expanded to assess Windows laptops, Android phones and tablets, and repair needs for Amsterdam businesses. Diagnosis, soldering and reassembly are carried out in our Amsterdam-West workshop; if a job requires an external specialist or service, we discuss that before proceeding.
How we work
Clear advice
You hear what the diagnosis shows and what we recommend before repair work starts. If repair is not a reasonable route, we explain that too.
Assess repair first
We assess whether repair is technically and economically reasonable before recommending replacement.
Workshop-based work
Diagnosis, soldering and reassembly are carried out in our Amsterdam-West workshop. We discuss any external step before proceeding.
Component-level work
Board-level diagnosis and microsoldering are part of the repair options we assess when a fault is suitable for that approach.
What Our Customers Say
"Mario was super friendly and fixed my device really quickly. He explained what was wrong in plain language and didn't try to upsell me anything. Everything works like new again. Would definitely recommend him."
"I had a problem with my iPhone 12pro, and Mario fixed it within a day. When he learned that I was leaving the next day, he squeezed me in between other appointments - very kind of him. I would recommend going to Mario - he is sweet, quick and knows his stuff - way better than AI knows your phone! 😉 A 5⭐️ recommendation from Denmark!"
"This is truly a great repair shop. Mario fixed my phone while I waited. Lovely shop owner, will come back with other tech if it needs fixing!"
Where these reviews come from
These three reviews come from our public Google listing and are shown in their original language as they appeared on the verification date below. We picked them by hand, so they are not a neutral sample; the link opens the complete public list on Google. We do not pay for reviews or offer a reward for one. Google does not tell us whether a reviewer was a customer, so we cannot verify that ourselves, and the score and number of reviews on the profile change over time.
